Excellent location and a really pleasant stay. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. The room is small but very cozy, with a fridge and a strong shower, which is always a big plus. Nothing to complain about at all, especially at this price.

Υπέροχα when i asked to keep my luggage after check out I was charged 300 KZT for every suitcase, peanuts, but it's disappointing, I've never faced before. No water offered, I found the only socket to charge phone in the room.

It is close to the Almaty 2 train station just 10 min walk. There is a supermarket close by and lots of restaurants options. It’s also close to the walking district Arbat.
A few of the staff don’t speak English but we were able to communicate using google translate. They are helpful. I had a room with bathroom, its clean and the bed is comfortable. It’s like guesthouse style, it’s very good value for the price.

ΚαλόΜόνος διαμονή
1.They do not have a hair dryer and electric kettle. At hotel reservation app, they posted they have those.
2.Restroom and shower in the room is small. If the guests are large, they can be stuck between shower and toilet bowl.
3.Restroom and shower is clean but beddings are so-so.
4.Furnitures are broken and very uncomfortable. I do not know why they put them there.
5.There's no air-conditioner in the room and in the shower/toilet. You might have to open the toilet door to make it dry.
