Absolutely poor in terms of comfort and cleanliness given the price paid for my 3-night stay. Dirty as soon as you step in. Poor customer care. Breakfast is not up to the mark, poor quality mattress took away my sleep and bathroom facility is below standard. The picture they put on the web doesn't tell the real story. Won't recommend it at all.

WiFi signal is very week. However, water source in lobby was good. Breakfast was decent. The location is very far away from the center of Paris but the price is affordable. Train station nearby is only useful when there isn’t a strike going on.

We love this hotel. Stayed a couple of times now. And its the best. The location is so perfect, close to the station and the supermarket, restaurants and everything around. It’s so important when travelling with family. Getting around is so easy and all popular places were very close by. And they have the best breakfast. The quality hasn’t changed over years. The rooms feel a little small for family but its Paris... so can’t expect more than that. This hotel made our trip much better. The staff is so nice. Overall the best

Everything was terrible, we tried to change hotels, and get a refund and we were told by the hotel that we needed to speak to Expedia, I spoke to Expedia and we were told that you guys needed to speak to the manager to approve the refund, but the manager had left already. The room was really small, dirty, really far from the center of the city, in a bad neighborhood, it had bed bugs, the beds were really tiny. I wouldn’t recommend anybody to go to this hotel.

Υπέροχα Located close to train and bus stations but quiet, and safe. Also close to a supermarket, and adjacent, nice neighborhood. The room was a bit small but bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was fine. Breakfast absolutely sufficient, and the staff helpful.
