I stay here twice a year. Very convenient to good restaurants and stores, clean, welcoming staff. Great buy!

GREAT PLACE TO STAY. Near golf course , shopping centers, pharmacy,Publix, restaurants, and hospital, Terrific Staff!!!

Breakfast was ok but it is the same identical thing everyday. I stayed for 5 days and got a little tired of the same thing everday. Some variation may be good.

The hotel is located on a busy avenue with a strong mix of commercial businesses and residential areas, making it a very strategic location with great potential. Unfortunately, I believe the property's condition does not reflect the quality of the surrounding area. The facilities show a clear lack of maintenance, and the level of cleanliness was well below expectations. The room had a strong odor that combined cigarette smoke and dampness, making the stay very uncomfortable. In addition, the air conditioning was not working properly, which is a major issue considering Miami's high temperatures. I arrived very late during the Fourth of July weekend, and because nearby hotels were fully booked, I had no choice but to stay. The experience was so uncomfortable that I found myself waiting for 6:00 a.m. just so I could check out and leave as quickly as possible. I would like to acknowledge that the staff was always respectful and courteous. However, I noticed there was very little control over who entered or exited the property. During breakfast, I saw a homeless individual inside the coffee area with several bags of belongings while serving himself coffee. While I understand that situations like this can happen, I believe the hotel should strengthen its security and access control measures to provide guests with a safer and more comfortable environment. I hope these comments are taken as constructive feedback. The hotel has an excellent location, and with better maintenance, i

We enjoyed the pool

I'd say it was fine for a short stay. Nothing spectacular. Just a simple place to sleep. Staff was super nice, helpful, and friendly.

Staff attitudes can improve They are not friendly

Average , next to restaurants, supermarket and a few amenities, nothing else.

La habitación está estaba sucia y yo había escogió el hotel para recupérame de una cirugía y me tuve que ir antes. El baño de la recepción muy sucio también.

Nice clean room. Spacious with a nice bath tub. Friendly staff. Nice area.
