Staff was amazing - so polite and even helped us carry our bags up to the room. Clean rooms, warm showers, convenient location, great to have airport shuttle. Thanks again, Phoenix!

Καλό We gave the Phoenix a 3 star but it’s not a bad place. It’s basic but clean. The room was adequate. The staff is friendly and helpful. Location wise … there isn’t much of anything in walking distance. The neighborhood is definitely working class Thai, we didn’t find any eateries with translated menus. There is a 7-11 for basic supplies. The hotel is mostly a hangout for airplane spotters and photographers.

Nice hotel with super airport shuttle service for a short stay. It’s a short walk to the metro station for a (cheap) trip into the city.
Everything at the hotel was good … no complaints.

The area around the hotel, might to everyone's taste, but it is authentic Bangkok, & safe. I did not use the shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel, but used the shuttle from the hotel to the airport, which runs once an hour. The hotel was clean, with regular re-supplies of coffee & water

The hotel is ideally located for BKK airport. I arrived after dark and left before sunrise, therefore, I cannot comment on the area and facilities around the hotel.
