The most kind staff we’ve ever encountered. The hospitality really shined here. When we arrived, they greeted us with warm smiles. We stayed for 6 nights and the staff made our engagement celebration a wonderful experience. They make sure you’re comfortable and are quick to correct any issues you may encounter. The staff helped with booking our tours, recommended where to visit, booked private transport, and guided us to best experience El Nido! Truly outstanding service!

Everything was great, only downside was our room had a very strong mothball scent, and we couldn’t find where it was coming from. I have bad asthma and it caused a flare up whenever I was in the room.

Due to Typhoon Tino we did not get a chance to stay at Last Frontier Beach Resort. They were generous to refund in full our hotel reservation and welcomed us back in the future. We will 100% book with Last Frontier Beach Resort again. Thank you so much for the great customer service!
