The property room was very unique. There was a charge for early checkin depending on the time. They offer many free services such as shuttle to the villa, breakfast and afternoon tea, pizza on saturdays, yoga class, and more. The service and food was great.
However, our room was quite noisy at all times of the day either landscaping noise from neighbouring properties, and mainly many dogs barking and howling 24/7. It was very disruptive as the room windows were very thin. We let the management know and they offered to switch our room which was too inconvenient for us at the time.
Also, the studio room includes a bathtub which is very inconvenient and messy to shower in. The curtain does not cover the water from spilling over and the bathroom ends up being drowned.
Note that depending on your villa, you need to have a shuttle cart bring you from the room to the lobby for ride share service or breakfast.
