It was the perfect hotel for staying in Gangnam. Very close to Sinnonhyeon station, many small restaurants nearby. Hotel is also very clean and full of amenities.

Υπέροχα All in all a good hotel. The language was a bit of a barrier, but the younger staff made a good effort to communicate, and one of the Clerks spoke English fairly well. The room was basic, but it suited our needs. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning, very important in Seoul during the summer, worked quite well. I will stay here again.

The hotel is close to everything — restaurants, stores, subway stations. There’s a washer at the gym but there’s no dryer so it is basically useless to wash your clothes, unless you want to hang dry it from the borrowed rack. We were expecting that we can check in an hour early, but the staff were adamant that we have to wait. Bummer. However, we were able to leave our luggage seven after we checked out.

My room was large and clean. The bathroom and shower were excellent. The hotels location was central and it was very easy to get everywhere I needed to go in Seoul. The price was also quite reasonable and made the Ocloud Hotel a great value.

Very basic room. For the price that I paid, a room with a view of the next building wall (1016), was almost unacceptable for me. Hassan (staff) working aa a receptionist was very helpful. As a non-Korean speaking tourist he was a big help figuring out what I purchased. With that level of engagement, I will give him a 5/5 rating.
