Its an average hotel i would say from 10/6

Room with only 1 light working..ran out of bulb Bathroom-- hairdryer not working Only shampoo provided n had to collect hand gel from wash basin to have a shower Shower head too high..n literally flooded whole batroom after shower Told night reception n was told to use our only 1 towel provided to wipe toilet seat before use after showering!

Well recommend they stuff really friendly

Staff and service is okey. The room is big and spacious but feels exhausting. Breakfast was good👍

It must be the worst hotel around the world even one star is so much for them …tv not working ac not working no shampoo no soup the weirdest shower i ve ever seen in my whole life..the smell is insuperable this hotel smells like stinky shoes not even talking about the bed it was broken and dirty it had hair on it and dirt spot the window was broken too …the erea not safe there is a bar next to it u hear people cursing and fighting all night …the breakfast tasted like vomit …the staff was rude too ….long story short the worst hotel ever we payed 7 nights i stayed two and moved to another hotel they refused to gave us refund …our skin started to itch right after our stay there and we started having red acne all over our bodies…… if u r reading this review don t stay there u ll regret it

Ambassadors Hotel, Casablanca continuing its excellent services for years, Situated@ Midtown near all markets, restaurants, nightlife with 2 minutes walk to beach& seaport. فندق السفراء مازالوا مستمرين في خدماتهم المميزه للزينات لسنوات طوال، وسط المدينه وقريب من كل الأسواق وقريب من الشاطئ. مميز للعوائل.

The staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful. I was always greated with a smile and "how can I help you".
