Wonderful location which was the best part. Right next to the ferry and ticket office. Decent breakfast. Very old room with a very uncomfortable bed which was the worst part. Did not sleep well. Staff was very friendly.

The staff were lovely and really helpful with any advice for getting ferries etc. Gorgeous building with a really authentic Italian feel, would definitely stay here again! The location is also amazing and so central, made travelling to different locations really easy aswell as exploring Bellagio itself

There were three issues that detracted from the enjoyment of my stay. The shower left a lot to be desired. The shower curtain didn't hang down enough, so water splashed on the floor, also the water kept running hot and cold. This occurred both times I took a shower. I know the weather has been hotter than normal, but the individual thermostats in my room had no effect on cooling. When I tried to set a lower temperature, I got a message saying that the temperature was controlled centrally. It was uncomfortably warm which adversely affected my sleep. Also, there should be more electrical outlets in my room Finally, the elevator was not working on my day of departure. On the plus side the room was pleasant and had a nice view of the lake, and the breakfast buffet was really good,

Well located hotel a bit old but clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Well worth the money.

Great location, right by the water and ferry. Beautiful big room, great view. Parking was a little far but big so great for a bigger car. Able to unload suitcases at the front door. Breakfast was okay but understaffed. Beautiful pool.

Breakfast was appreciated, but it was the same every day.

Hotel Excelsior Splendide was amazing! The location was absolutely perfect, with everything in Bellagio just a short walk away. Our room had a beautiful view of Lake Como, and we loved relaxing by the pool after exploring. The hotel was beautiful, the room was great, and the included breakfast was an added bonus. We couldn't recommend it more!

They charged you a small fee to use a towel at the pool. The breakfast was great. The front desk staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Overall 4.5 out of five stars for me.
