Breakfast was delicious. Tv never worked. Air conditioning was very helpful during hot weather. The last day before our departure, after breakfast, our key was disabled, making us lose time coming back to the desk twice.

The room was clean but quite small. The were excellent and very helpful. Breakfast was good. In the extreme heat the Aircon was very welcome.

The A/C died for our first night in the hot summer. The property did not offer us anything for our trouble. Despite this, the luggage storage was helpful and I appreciated the selzter water on tap. The front desk man was very helpful. Do be aware that it is a couple blocks from the nice area by St Martin. The immediate surroundings are sketchy and filled with homeless encampments.

Lovely location and noce staff, but Accorngeoup really cocked up: phone not working, internet not working, engineer entering my room without even knocking at the door while I was in... The hotel manager apologised, it was not her fault, but it still resulted in a far from ideal stay
