Highly underrated.

Room was clean and the staff were extremely polite and helpful

Great location, near Hanoi’s important landmarks. Great, friendly, helpful staff. But the property is severely outdated. Pictures oversell the place. Felt like it needed a fresh scrub and a new paint job all over the place. Much off the furniture in the bedroom and lobby were well worn, etc. Also, room with balcony is just a full length window opening to a rebarred landing space that can barely fit a person. It does come with a perfect view of neighbors’ rusted rooftops, walls and water tanks.

We booked two rooms at the Aira for six nights. Before we arrived we needed to extend the stay, and the team took care of it with no issue at all. The communication leading up to the trip was great, which got things off on the right foot. The staff helped us out at every turn. One morning they sewed a button back onto my son’s shirt, and Christine booked us a trip to Halong Bay that included private transport. It made a real difference. The rooms are clean and have a lot of character. The streaming boxes were a nice touch, and the AC was quiet and worked well. Breakfast was great, and the SkyBar was a good way to end the day. There’s also a pool and gym on the 7th floor, and the pool was refreshing. We’ll be back.

Cute little hotel, super close to Train Street. Quiet in the evenings - we’d heard night time can be very loud but this area is definitely quieter. We walked to Old Quarter no problem, about 15min walk. Some great little coffee shops all around us! The staff was lovely, very helpful with navigating our trip/recommendations. Our room was great, they actually very kindly upgraded us when we arrived. Online it says check-in until 2300, but staff is always on site and we were able to check in around midnight after our flight arrived without issues. The room was awesome, aircon worked wonderfully (surprisingly difficult to find in Vietnam). The mattress is definitely on the firm side but not terrible. Our balcony was super tiny, and the lock didn’t work on it, we were on the 8th floor so we weren’t worried, but something to keep in mind, we let the staff know. Went to the rooftop bar and had a few drinks which were good. Great views of the city. Would recommend, definitely a bit pricier but worth it in my opinion!!

The Aira Boutique hotel is in a superb location, walking distance from Train Street and other attractions such as the Palace of Culture. The staff at reception are excellent and always helpful. Everytime I stay there, I have an evening meal in the restaurant, where the menu is superb with great service. I'll be back!

Third time staying at the hotel and the hotel team are fantastic, very friendly and helpful. They make the stay perfect.

Second time visiting Hanoi and the Hotel. Very clean, comfortable rooms and close to train street and sights. The team here are super friendly and make your stay special. Would definitely recommend.

Aira Boutique Hanoi Hotel & Spa is WONDERFUL!!! All you can ask for is provided. GREAT air conditioned rooms with the best bedding, delicious and freshly made to order foods for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They also have a variety of relaxing spa treatments and are in the perfect location right near Train Street and other hot spots. And if you want to work out a bit there is a small gym area right off the pool over looking the city. Finally, however not least of course, they provide incredible customer service starting from the moment you walk in ——to sadly when you have to eventually leave. They have it all! Aira Boutique Hanoi Hotel & Spa is truly one of a kind! To anyone reading this— DO NOT MISS OUT on staying at this amazing hotel and/or going to their spa or restaurant!!! Aira Boutique Hanoi Hotel & Spa is the absolute best!!! Thank You to Mr. Thinh, Christine, Tony, Susie, Laura, Duy aka Zwee, Phillip, Ninh aka Nora, Vân aka Ivy, Daisy, Emily, Mina, Jessica, Vivian, Cuong the Bartender, Daniel “the Pharmacist”, Ming, Sunny, Drake, ALL the Chefs cooking those delicious meals @ The Essence Restaurant, The Housekeeping Team, The Essencia Spa Massage Therapists. A special thanks as well goes out to all the staff members we came into contact with but didn’t always catch their names. You are not forgotten and we appreciated EVERYONE who assisted in making this trip one of the most memorable we have ever had! We can not wait to come back and enjoy Vietnam again! Cảm ơn
