The hotel was clean, the staff were helpful. The area is surrounded by restaurants. It has good transport links and serval places were in walking distance. The only thing I would like to improve is the breakfast there isn’t much of a selection so there isn’t really a point in paying for it.

Plenty of secure parking at the hotel. It was in a good location to get the tram into the city centre and also to go walking around the lovely lake. I think the only negative was not being able to get a couple of milk portions for my tea as I took my travel kettle with me. I would definitely stay again and also recommend the hotel. Breakfast for really good as well and worth the money.

The property appeared to be under renovation with all cable conduits exposed and large holes in walls where A/C lines had veen removed. Felt like a cross between a prison and military barracks. Literally the worst property I have ever stayed at (building-wise. Staff were nice). If my family was with me, we would have had to leave immediately, kids should not have to deal with conditions like that.

Booking in systems is fine - outlook is reatful - counter staff are very helpful . Breakfast was great
TV didn’t work properly . No hairdryer
