Only stayed for 2 nights, close to Sea Workd and restaurants, clean, full kitchen in the room, good breakfast, helpful staff. Enjoyed our stay.

The first lady that checked us in was very nice and helpful. The man that came on shift after her was rude and very unpleasant. The room was fairly clean, although there was visible mold in the shower. I wouldn't stay here again.

Afternoon/evening desk clerk Camryn was wonderful and so kind to my daughter every time we interacted! Good breakfast with friendly and attentive staff keeping items full (especially Maribel), nice rooms with soft mattresses, my daughter enjoyed the pool, and proximity to Sea World and Aquatica was perfect for our trip. Would stay here again!

Our family vacation at townsuites was very well worth our stay, the breakfast was great, front desk customer service excellent, other than the language barrier with room attendant. Great staff, the room could definitely use a bit of updating, saw some old water damage and the doors paint was scraped off. Breakfast was great, the shuttle was very convenient. Overall it was a great experience.
