Κάτω του μέσου όρου Gave the wrong room, from Standard Queen Room to Basic Queen Room. When asked for refund, staff insisted there's no refund where the basic room rate was lower than Standard Queen room. We clearly informed the room should be standard queen room when checking in but the staff insisted we booked basic Queen room. He only gave us the original room type when we showed the itinerary via phone but insisted that should be basic room in the beginning when checking in with a printed itinerary. Very dissatisfy check in experience where we agreed to compromise by just refunding where the staff was too lazy to
