Everything was perfect. The pool is spectacular. The gardens beautiful and tranquil. Cannot fault this retreat. Folk that stay at these places 1. Please be mindful that folk who book into "retreats" don't want to hear your voice 2. Don't want to see or hear your children. 3. Indeed not suitable for children as there are monsters and wolves and other creatures that will steal them away in the night.

Contactless and easy check in. Beautiful setting, established gardens, outdoor seating & pool area. Very pretty. Comfortable bed. Spa bath too.

When we went to empty the bath the floor flooded, because of a blockage and we had to moved to another chalet that was inconvenient. Once we moved we did not hear another word from the host to check on us, which seemed odd.

This place is amazing. The spot is secluded, quiet and serene. The ONLY thing I would want people to know is it is about 7-8 minutes from the nearest restaurant. There are bbq facilities but if you’re looking to walk to dinner this is not the place. If you’re looking for a quiet breathtaking experience around every corner of the unit and grounds, this is your place.

We had a fantastic stay at Jacob’s Creek Retreat. Jerry went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable and the rustic, peaceful setting was perfect for our wedding anniversary.
