For the suite we had and what we paid very very disappointing, suite was ice cold and very noisy , when I complained I was told it wasn’t noisy , this was over £1000 per night and the service was appalling . I’d never ever stay there again and advise people to avoid

Amazing staff & property. Charming hotel in a beautiful-convenient area. The service here was top level and made our experience one that we will never forget. Highly recommend and will absolutely be returning. Thank you!!!!

I had an excellent birthday stay. The staff catered to all needs and provided me with champagne, macaroons for my birthday. I have stayed before. This hotel never disappoints 5* every time. Highly recommend.
