The grounds are stunning, the valet staff were amazing! The rooms are about average, the staff working the resort pool and beach were hit or miss. Cleaning staff was kind and thorough as were the staff at the desk at check in. The $55 resort charge, additional taxes and fees added up quickly. The charges for the resort were confusing and even when we attempted to utilize there were additional fees for almost everything offered so it felt confusing and misleading. No microwaves in the rooms either which would have been helpful to heat up leftovers and quick meals in between all the eating out. Would like to visit again but most likely will choose a different place to stay.

Great place and beautiful. Pool is a dream for kids but prepare to pay an obscene amount for everything including the hilarious 20+ bucks for a basic peanut butter and jelly sandwich Walls between rooms are thin for a fancy hotel. Can hear with crystal clarity what the people next door weee saying. Ceilings are well insulated on the other hand. Also factor in all the “resort fees” (yes.. your room charge does not include using the pool for some reason) the taxes, and required valet parking fees (if you bring a car) and your nightly stay just increased 200 bucks a night for the room. So add this you what you see as the price per night.
