I know this hotel is in downtown butttt, you have to pay extra for parking and the parking garage is on the side. You have to walk with your baggage down a steep garage hill and then up to your room. That was REALLY inconvenient but the place was pretty nice other than that. I loved the roof too pool and used the gym ofc

It was a little more run down than expected and the area was not the most welcoming but it was conveniently located and the price was better than the other local hotels.

I booked this property through Expedia as I have booked through Expedia for 10 years. I paid through the app like I always do. Somehow when I got to this particular property the payment that I made on Expedia was just a “hold” and I needed to pay them directly. I have not yet received a refund and had to reach out to Expedia the next week. They are working to get this resolved so my issues it not with Expedia but instead this property.

The front desk staff, ALL of THEM, were amazing!!!! So helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great too. Love this place. 2nd stay in 6 months here and will always stay here when I come to Dallas.

An excellent breakfast in a conveniently located Dallas hotel. Fully equipped room for cooking and dining in. Free parking nearby. Staff was friendly and helpful.
