The hotel needs renovating. I stayed there 3 nights, but the room wasn’t cleaned once. The facility was just too run down. Everything is just too old. The escalator didn’t work. But none is working on it. I think it has been like that for years. Great location

Amazing service! Dropped bags off early, when we checked in they had brought them up to the room for us already. Happy hour free drinks from 5 to 7pm was an unexpected treat. And the shower pressure was top notch. Exceeded expectations for a simple overnight in Nagano

The room is very dated and not many plug or charging points. The room and bathroom is very small. The location is great and the staff are very friendly, polite and helpful. Enjoyed the free drinks on the top floor with a great view.

Very old, not so clean especially in the bathroom. The house keepers starts pretty early in the morning making the loud sound and such a mess. very uncomfortable. The front staffs were very nice and friendly though.
