Resort is too big to be properly maintained and needs to be refreshed in several areas

Mi experiencia en Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana fue profundamente decepcionante. Viajamos mi esposa, nuestros cuatro hijos y yo. Nuestros hijos tienen 2, 6, 8 y 12 años. Uno de ellos celebró su cumpleaños durante este viaje, y esa fue una de las principales razones por las que escogimos este hotel. Queríamos regalarle una experiencia especial, alegre e inolvidable junto a toda la familia. Además, dos de nuestros niños tienen necesidades especiales y son muy particulares con la leche que consumen. Por esa razón, nosotros mismos viajamos con su leche líquida ya preparada. No le estábamos pidiendo al hotel que nos proporcionara leche ni ningún producto especial. Lo único que necesitábamos era una manera sencilla y segura de calentarla. A pesar de tratarse de una necesidad muy básica, durante aproximadamente dos días y medio tuvimos que insistir, presentar quejas y discutir repetidamente para conseguir una solución. Dependíamos del personal para que nos llevaran agua caliente a la habitación, muchas veces con demoras considerables y a horas que interrumpían nuestro descanso. En ocasiones pedíamos el agua alrededor de las 10:00 u 11:00 de la noche y llegaba mucho más tarde. Otras veces debíamos volver a solicitarla de madrugada para poder atender a los niños. La situación llegó a ser tan frustrante que incluso propuse comprar yo mismo una jarra eléctrica y donarla al hotel, con tal de resolver el problema y no continuar molestando al personal. Everything was excellent except for the food. I can't believe that in a Mangu you feel the chunks. No many options in the buffet. Customer service ✅️ Cleanness✅️ Room ✅️

The staff was wonderful, always smiling and showcasing the joy of the resort. The resort was great but it was their people that made it incredible. We go to punta cana every year and have stayed at a number of different resorts, next year there is no question, we are going to return to the Hard Rock.

Paid for a garden view room and got a view to a parking lot. Room was falling apart. Shower valve, toilet paper holder, volume control on TV, black spots on shower floor, ......

Great place and great value

Check in was not good. I am a member of the hotel. Due to the fact that I booked through Expedia I was unable to use my membership that was paid for. The front desk was not helpful and just went back and forth with me advising I should have booked through the hotel. This has never been a thing. The room was not clean floor was dirty and sofa bed was left open. The highlight has always been the entertainment staff and bartenders. They never disappoint.

The food wasn’t good. Italian restaurant was really bad. The staff on the kids club was amazing, those ladies are the best. Same with the staff ath the kids pool, amazing
