We love this hotel- there’s so much to do and so many food choices you don’t even have to leave if you don’t want to, but if you do it’s central to everything in LA so it’s perfect.

Just want to thank the guest who were in the room next to mine for keeping me up all night. I had to call security to let them know how bad the slamming and the yelling was getting. It went from 11:30 to 4:30 in the morning and then continued at 8:30 in the morning. I personally will never stay here again. That type of experience will sway many people from wanting to stay there again. I’ll be back at the intercontinental down the street now.

The rooms are a good size, which seems to be rare in this city. The bed was insanely comfortable, the pool was awesome, the location of it was so cool, I loved it. It's visually beautiful, plenty to do, see, and eat. I'll forsure be back.

Great stay

During check in the woman had a bad attitude never told me the room number rushed me away said 29th floor when I got to drop my car off I realized she never told me or wrote the room number down. I had to leave my car go back to the registration desk and ask for my room number. When I left the hotel the valet staff gave me someone else’s car key fob. When I said that was not my key the staff had an attitude towards me and said check it again. I proceeded to tell them it was not my key. Then I told them I see my car I can turn on the alarm from my phone the woman running the check out register said I didn’t know which car was my car. None of the staff were listening to me I continued to try telling them which car was mine, nobody had my keys to my car. Finally after 20-30 minutes a staff found my keys left inside the car. When I told the manager Edgar this is not what I paid for he said well mam it happens—then spoke over me saying if I let him speak he attempted to offer me VIP parking when we return—we were checking out, we are not LA residents and will never return to that hotel again. Service across the board is awful.

Beautiful, easy access, staff were all friendly and informative, smells really good. Over all we had a great experience here. I would definitely stay again
