Έμεινα με την οικογένεια

The location was perfect! The room was clean and comfortable. My only issue was how our guest was treated by security. We visited my son on this trip for his 21st birthday and when he came to visit us at the hotel he was harassed by security on more than one occasion. They treated him like garbage. This is not acceptable and we will not be staying there again. This is unfortunate because the hotel was really a nice experience.

My favorite hotel when visiting NYC. The staff always go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. It’s the cleanest hotel in time square. The bar and gym are always great. I love the location and every room has a good view even if it isn’t time square

Υπέροχα
Booked room with Timesquare view expected to see ball drop since picture showed view of ball drop, but was given room on the opposite side with no ball drop. Needless to say my mom who has knee pain was very disappointed. Pictures on website is misleading.
