Wish we could have stayed there for our trip

I’ve stayed in every large establishment in Fairbanks for decades and when I visit up North, I stay where you find the best and Sophie’s Station far surpasses the others hands down in comfort in restaurant and amenities. I’ve never had better accommodating staff. When you travel and want to enjoy as I do and you’re in Fairbanks Alaska look no further than Sophie’s Station. This is 45 years of traveling all over in Alaska alone. So pamper your self and relax at Sophie’s.

restaurant was great, rooms are nice and spacious.

breakfast ok—-overpriced cleanliness - average staff- nice

Room was a suite so had a kitchen which worked out well. Easy check in and out. clean rooms well maintained

Good location

We travel to from Anchorage to Fairbanks a few times a year to visit family. We always stay at Sophies station when practical. (If you need two rooms, it is more practical to get a VERBO.) the location is great for our family’s residence and the restaurant is a small wonder. Each room has a real kitchen and major supermarkets are just a couple blocks away. If you need something for your kitchen and it’s not there, just ask at the front desk. I highly recommend the Ruben at the restaurant.

I like walking distance to the two major stores safeway and Fred Myers for myself walking distance to toco king also

Staff was very accomodating. Would definitely stay here again

The staff were amazing and the rooms were great!
