Έμεινα με την οικογένεια · Για φίλους και οικογένεια

Good location but they were so slow in giving me my room I arrive at property at 2:30 and check in was supposed to be at 4pm. They didn’t have the room ready until 6:30 pm. But check out was at 12 and the same lady that did our check in and didn’t have our room ready on time was knocking on our room at 11:55 am to make sure we did our check out and be out of our room. Also room it’s so small and you don’t have an electric outlet in the bathroom so forget it if you need to dry your hair with a hair dryer because there is not way you can do it in the bathroom. People were running and screaming at hallways at 3 am in the morning , making it impossible to sleep at all at night. Over all experience negative!!

Hotel was lovely ,we were just very disappointed on arrival to find out that pool is closed and beach clubs are not operating till 2 nd of July -that was the day we were leaving .We only took this hotel to have everything in one place .It was my doughter 21 st bday and we were very disappointed.hotel is absolutely amazing -we just not happy with Expedia to let us know about this fact .We would choose another hotel .We would definitely ask for compensation as this is not acceptable. As we said it’s not hotels fault -it’s more like expidia misleading .

Nice location in front of the beach. We were surprised we needed to pay for the beach as there is no mention… the pool was as l sad I closed but they let us access it.., as a result it was not heated. Hotel food is ordinary but the bar has a beautiful terrace overseeing the sea.

The staff was warm and welcoming. Our room was lovely and very spacious. Everything was clean and up to date. The hotel is in a great location.....across from the beach and walking distance to all the great stores! I would stay here again!

Super boring hotel with no amenities. The rooftop terrace and pool were inaccessible during my stay, which was very disappointing. On top of that, the hotel offers nothing enjoyable or welcoming for guests. Overall, not a pleasant experience. Just the location is very good .

Everything was first class. As a wheelchair user they went above and beyond. The breakfast WOW, everything perfect, thank you. I’ll definitely come back.

The property has kept it's JW Marriott standard. Everything was exquisitely well presented and served during our 5 day stay. Just one thing could be improved which is if guests didn't have to pay extra to use the beach.
