Arrived to check in & there wasn’t a room available in lieu of the website saying so . We waited in the lobby for about an hour until we were able to get in our room . During the entire interaction , staff members were taking personal calls & not being attentive to the issue .
In a totally separate occasion , the key cards didn’t work . We knocked on the door for a few minutes while a staff member sat at the front desk , on her phone . Unsure of the likelihood of me returning to stay at this property , just off of the service alone . However , the price point is attractive & , the rooms were semi-clean & the view was flawless .
Non-smoking throughout
