The staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel amenities were good. Maintenance, now that was a let down from what is supposed to be a 5-star hotel. Key issues: - Smoke detector in the room was removed, probably because of its location which is directly outside the bathroom door thus steam would trigger it. - Floorboards were lifting so the floor is uneven in places. - Floorboards were worn and had splinters in places. I ended up getting a splinter in my feet due to this issue. - The feet strap of the rower in the gym was sewn in a way that renders the straps not adjustable, so you basically cannot use the rower unless you have a specific sized foot. - Gaffa tape was used to repair the tread on the treadmill. - The spa had cracks in it and was starting to rust. - Pain was peeling from the columns near the swimming pool. - The cleaners did not clean the area behind the room door so dust was gathering there. - Grout near the bathtub was cracking. - Drawers jammed easily and drawers are also misaligned. None of these issues are substantial, except for the missing smoke detector. However, when taken as a whole, the property looks run down and ill maintained. Not something you'd find in an American operated hotel chain like Hilton, Holiday Inn, Marriott, etc., but seems to be common in Accor hotels that I've stayed at.

Great hotel and location

Great stay. We had a little mix up with our reservation as a family of four with 2 big kids. They upgraded us to a bigger room and got us a pullaway bed. It was a nice location, central to all the things we wanted to do with the pool being a nice reprieve from the heat for us in the afternoons.

It’s nice hotel near downtown . Only 3 stop to Siam .i am mid- night check in and breakfast I already ready to paid including . But they are check again ,said I check in today .. it’s incredible . Including breakfast and mid night check in need check to long . I can not believe ..

My stay at the Pullman Hotel G Bangkok was wonderful from start to finish. The staff was warm, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. My room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with beautiful views of the city that made every morning special. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring Bangkok, with many attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas just a short ride away. I also enjoyed the amenities and appreciated how relaxing the hotel felt after a full day of sightseeing. What a great way to celebrate my 50th birthday!

Clean and comfortable room with great bath amenities ( including tooth paste, tooth brush, razor). In lobby restaurant open 24 hours. Disappointed there were no USB outlets in room

The staff are absolutely lovely. Kind, helpful and professional. It's also in a good walking area for shopping and food.

Faded and dated in a lot of parts once through Reception. The pool area was particularly miserable - loungers saggy and uncomfortable, chairs showing signs of rust. I paid £80 per night which is good for a 5 star hotel but tbh this is more like a 3-4 star.

.

Highly recommend for both leisure and business travelers. Great value for a 5-star feel! Would definitely return.
