We only stayed a night before our flight. We had the worst time looking for parking because there were no parking stalls available even thought we saw numerous empty stalls. But they were probably reserved or the people were out. We had to stop on the side of the road in the rain to run our luggage to and from the hotel and the staff said they could t watch it so one of us had to stay with it while the others ran back and forth, luckily we had many people. There was a disconnect with Expedia and the hotel, it did say the hotel considers anyone an adult in a separate section somewhere. So for our family it showed up on the hotel side as 2 adults, even though through Expedia it was 2 adults and 2 children. However in the room there were 2 futons in the closet with everything we needed so it was totally not a problem! Just be prepared to pay an additional small fee at desk and surprised looks from staff about 4 people in 1 room. For one night, it was perfectly fine. The breakfast buffet was better than the pictures and had lots of choices. I was pleasantly surprised! But we had to dash off to our flight so it was an eat and run and it wasn’t crazy busy so it worked! The lack of stars was mostly for no parking or help with luggage options in the rain. But everything else was great.

It was clean and room with 4 twins was roomy enough for our family. Having the shower toilet and sink all in one bathroom room was a little inconvenient for a family of 4. It is only a straight 10 minute walk to Chitose Station if you are using the train. 7-eleven next door was convenient. I would stay here again for a place close to airport arrival or departure location.

Very convenient for an overnight stay before an early morning flight the next day.

The hotel is a great place to stay, with an excellent location, clean facilities. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Room was clean, and front desk staff was very kind.

Good!

Spotless clean room. Spacious for family of 4. Plenty of eateries and convenient shops nearby

The staff was very helpful.

Fast and easy check in. Coin laundry on premises. Clean room, but small. Forgot my iPhone charger, but they rushed one up to the room that I could borrow. Famous bakery and convenience store across street

Great staff and breakfast
