The clean room and pleasant environment were so good. However, it is quite sad that the staff at the front desk is too little knowledge and the English level to deal with foreigners is not able to communicate. I also doubt what kind of training they have been given to explain to customers. Anyway, I need a lot of training from the staff at the front desk, but all the facilities and management and safety of the hotel were so good. Thank you.

Stayed three nights. Location convenient to restaurants, hotel price reasonable. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The lobby is a little worn down. The air conditioning worked super well to keep my husband feeling cool in the summer heat.

The worst part of my stay was the fact that I was made to feel that I might not pay my bills. On checking in, I paid my 5-night stay bill in full with an additional deposit of 1000 yuan. To be accosted by staff to sign a 57 Yuan room service bill two days into my stay, was humiliating, and told, you did not pay when I had actually already attempted to pay the bill in cash in the morning, and was told there was no need. Covid regulations advertised but not followed- ie showing of green code etc. Cleanliness in the room was ok. Miserable with the amount of shampoo etc that was left in the room. Only replaced if completely used!
