Firstly, the maintenance and cleaning staff were very helpful and friendly, but the staff at the check-in desk were incredibly dismissive. I stayed during a heatwave and the AC in the building is centrally controlled (meaning you cannot adjust the temperature in your room). Having stayed in multiple Moxy's across the world, I didn't find this to be an issue previously even in 40 degree weather in downtown New York City. However, the room I stayed in this time was a whopping 36 degrees and no-one in my party could get any sleep due to the scorching heat. The "AC" was blowing out warm air. I enquired with the front desk to see if they could provide a fan to be told that there were none available. I explained the ridiculously high temperature and asked if we could be moved rooms, we were told no as the issue would remain as the AC is centrally controlled. I asked several times for a room change due to faulty AC and the fact that all the window handles had been removed which prevented us from even opening a window for air. I asked multiple times if someone could check the AC to see if there was a fault and was refused until the third day when they finally relented after two nights of no sleep due to the heat. Maintenance opened up the grill to the AC to find that not only was it CAKED in a thick layer of dirt, but that the system wasn't plumbed/wired in correctly and had, in fact, been pumping hot air into the already hot room during a heatwave. Will never stay here again.

We stopped for a couple of nights which was great.. great place to stop if your going to visit the olympic park which is very well maintained with many amenities and attractions.. well worth a visit.. parking is close by in multistorey next to the shopping centre and easy walk to the hotel..

Well you know you are in trouble when the first thing you see when you enter the room is a pair of earplugs. The trainlines immediately beneath the window on the north side are unacceptably noisy and disturbing. Fortunately we were able to change our room to the quieter side. No wardrobe space for clothes, no safe either. If that doesn't bother you it's a great place to stay and a good location for Westfield shopping centre.

Lovely staff, very clean room and enjoyable breakfast. Hotel is in a very convenient area.

Staff were great; arrived slightly early but they checked us in as room was ready. Offered great advice for places to eat, couldn’t be more helpful.

The trains could be heard from my room (third floor). The hotel had supplied ear plugs - but I dont like to sleep with them.

Only stayed one night cannot fault the hotel, close to Westfield and stations. Very close to train line so you might experience some noise, we slept with the window closed and the air con on low so no issues.

Great stay, right by Stratford station and Westfield. Quiet hotel clean rooms. Decent breakfast.

The moxy was ok. Nothing special for the price but had what was needed. Our room wasn’t cleaned during our stay which was a little disappointing for a 4 star.
