They failed on both occasions to provide airport pickup and drop off. When asked if we can get picked up, they responded we look forward to seeing you. So, of course nobody picked us up. The day before our departure from the hotel, we asked the front desk in person if they could have a taxi ready at 6am the next day for drop off at the airport. Of course they did not call for a taxi.

Beautiful property with a serene vibe. The amenities are great. The beach access is definitely the USP since the beach is pretty much private, super calm and very beautiful with crystal clear waters. One recommendation to add beach umbrellas and massage people there. Since that’s the reason most people visit Thailand and it would really help increase the flow of customers. But overall amazing

The hotel did not have umbrellas or chairs you could rent for the beach. It was a great looking resort but it lacked in something. When we needed to checkout there was no one at the front so they had to email me a final payment amount. They did decorate for our honeymoon but it was not done before getting us in our room. So we had to wait outside our door for them to complete it but that was just really sweet of them. All in all it was a good stay.

Clean room, and prompt assistance when required. Massive resort! The lazy river was our favourite with the big slides and jumping areas. The pool was great with swim up bar and can order food to your sun lounge. Buffet breakfast was amazing and all staff were eager to help. Restaurants were a bit pricey but you get that with the resortWould definitely recommend to come back.

The hotel app is very useful for communicating with staff. The staff are extremely friendly and always happy to help. The property feels like a tropical paradise. We had a room with private pool which I would highly recommend- when the main pool closes at 7pm you can swim in your own pool for as long as you like and nice to cool down when returning from dinner. Breakfast had everything you could ask for. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Phuket.

Property was absolutely beautiful! If you are travelling with children I highly recommend this resort. We were poolside all day, everyday. Beach right next to the swimming pool. Water slides, lazy river, jump rock, and acitivites for the kids to do daily. Food was lovely, staff were amazing and super accommodating. Cannot recommend this place enough. Will definitely be back.

Beautiful location, rooms were clean, some staff friendly, some not so! Enjoyed the spa, gym needs new equipment. Overall the property could do with some renovation as it’s a little outdated but we enjoyed our stay.

Very comfortable room, great pillows! Everyone was incredibly welcoming, staff were very friendly and helpful all over the resort - including restaurant staff, tour booking staff at the lobby, gym and pool staff. Both room and resort amenities were clean and exceeded expectations. Food and drinks are resort prices but this is to be expected. Such a beautiful setting and we have so many wonderful memories. We will be returning, no doubt about it.
