Κάτω του μέσου όρου First time I checked in, the receptionist told me they never had my reservation. So I told him that I booked eith Expedia and I gave him my copy of the bookking. I waited 30 minutes and he told me that he needs to make a new reservation. So I said OK. He never once apologized about having me waiting for this whole check in process. He then gave me a key to the room and when I got to my room, the room was untidy (hasn't been cleaned from the previous guest). I was so disappointed that I had to go back down and complained. But I had to talk to another receptionist as the previous receptionist cannot understand me well. I waited another 30 minutes and finally got a new room without any compensation whatsoever. However the new receptionist did apologize for the mistake. I went to my room being a little upset and when I was showering, the new receptionist called me and told me that the manager would like to upgrade my room. Elaine came to my room and personally apologized for the inconveniences they had caused and hand delivery my new room key. I like how they ended up fixing the problem. However the first receptionist definitely screw up my experience with Hilton. I had stayed at Hilton so many times and only this time I was disappointed.
