Helpful staff. We had need of medical assistance and the hotel staff were helpful and provided Bandaids.
The hotel room was clean and had a good sized bathroom with a decent shower.
The breakfast was reasonable.

The hotel is very clean, the Staff are very helpful and friendly. We arrived after over 30 hours flying, very tired and were able to check in early which we were very grateful. We joined a tour the next day which included 2 nights stay at this hotel, we were able to stay in the same room for the whole 3 nights which was great as it meant we didn’t have to pack our cases and move rooms. It is quite close to the airport and a few minutes walk to the Metro which then is only 6 stops to the centre of town. There is a supermarket next door, and a shopping centre 5mins walk away.

No AC in the rooms. It was hot and uncomfortable. Parking was expensive at $20 per day. Shower was tiny.

Καλό We're used to hotels having AC. Unfortunately, this supplies a small electric fan to help cool the room. While our current hotel has 4 fluffy pillows per bed, these beds had a single, very thin flat pillow. Thankfully, my memory foam neck pillow worked perfectly under the pillow, to provide the elevation I'm accustomed to. These differences are related to the different customs of Danish countries compared to North America.
Having said that, the staff very good.

Room size isn’t that big, parking is difficult to find unless you’re willing to walk 10 minutes to the Field’s mall. Breakfast options are limited.. staff are friendly and helpful. Location is convenient.

ΚαλόΜόνος διαμονή
Twin beds are like camping cot size - narrow. No fridge, A/C or phone in room. For C$423. Per night it was definitely lacking.
