President Hotel

Nice lobby with AC and free water fountain. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable but no AC was a problem during the June heatwave! We did have fans in the room but it was very hot.

good service from smiling staff seems a thing of the past, but not at The President hotel, excellent staff, excellent service, clean, comfortable, good food all this means we will definitely stay at this Hotel next time we are in London. We have already recommended it to some friends.

Clean, comfortable, charming. Breakfast was wonderful, fresh, with healthy options.

Very hot room and noisy i know the weather is hot also we got told to leave the bar area at 11pm what's that all about

Clean room, good location, helpful staff

This is our third time staying at the President. Staff, food and location excellent as always. However I did feel the tables in the restaurant etc were looking a little tired but definitely value for money

Front desk staff was very kind and professional and did a great job.

Very disappointed with this hotel. Booked a twin room with 2 beds, the actual room layout was completely different from the pictures in the “select rooms” from Expedia’s website. There’s not even enough room to open our luggage. We have to lean one side of the luggage against the wall to have the other side of the luggage lay on the floor, and the opened luggage took all the space - it’s already touching the bed and the wall - we have to jump over to walk in the room… and we have to close up our luggage every morning - considering room services need to walk around the room to do their work. No air conditioning in the room. No air/fan circulation in the bathroom either… The windows can only be opened a little bit. Very uncomfortable staying in the room with the humidity level and the hot temperature. Woke up many times during sleep… Never had one night of good sleep. Breakfast is 17.5 pound per person - very expensive. Not worth the price. Would rather go to Pret next to the hotel for breakfast/brunch. No lobby or lounge in the hotel. Cleaning services was great though. Location was great - walking distance to British museum. Lots of restaurants around in walking distance. Train station is one block away. Liked the neighborhood. Not worth the price. Not a great staying experience for 7 nights.

NO AC!!!!!! Old towels Older hotel and too expensive for the price they offer. I would NOT stay here again

Breakfast is very congested. Bacon very leathery. Sausages like rubber. Decent coffee
