The hotel met all the basic requirements and is suitable for business travelers. The location and overall setup were convenient for work-related stays. However, some improvements are needed, particularly in property maintenance. That said, the staff were courteous and helpful, which made the stay more pleasant.

We were disappointed in the service we received while staying. We received one towel for two people, when we asked for more towels the staff made it seem like a difficult task. They asked why we needed more towels and then finally agreed to bring more, the provided one towel again and insisted we return the towel we had! We asked for more water to make our coffee provided in the room and had to call twice. They refused us fresh mugs for the coffee when we stayed two days. When showering the shower flooded the bathroom due to poor draining. We would have requested a new room however due to the response to our other requests we didn’t even bother to ask. We won’t book again.

Начну с того, что название отеля не имеет никакого отношения к мировой сети отелей. Интерьер неплохой, в стиле отелей для командированных. Из несомненных плюсов - близость к метро. Номер большой, в целом чистый, но порядком уставший - в санузле разбито зеркало, герметик нанесён кое-как, вода из душевой кабины заливает весь пол в санузле. Отдельное зло - connected rooms. Если вам не повезло остановиться в такой комнате, то будете слышать абсолютно всё, что делают гости из соседней комнаты. Завтраки очень разнообразные - на любой вкус и диету

The hotel caters for mainly local people. The restaurant was not open the gym was a joke breakfast was in the main foyer area on low tables but did have a reasonable choice of food. Will not be booking again

The two rooms we got were connected and spacious, but a bit outdated. The TV wasn’t a smart one and the screen was blurry. Also, the CNN English Channel that I needed to watch had no volume working. The bathroom was too small and the shower didn’t have a glass door all the way. Water splashed everywhere when we showered because of that. The rooms were noisy and overlooked a major construction site that will take a while to finish and that starts work very early even on Saturday. Breakfast was about quantity versus quality and can definitely be improved. The lady who checked us in was very nice though.
