Καλό

The staff were very helpful and polite. Valet parking was a breeze. The Lobby and the rest of the ground floor is beautiful. Our room was a bit frayed around the edges. Stains on upholstered furniture, carpet unraveling in spots. The bedding smelled musty and the bathroom had mold, rust on metal parts, and the towels did not smell great. Other friends who were staying as well pretty much felt the same way. A beautiful building that needs some serious attention given to the guest rooms.

My stay at the Westin was to watch a concert. The location is idyllic and easy to access. From the moment I got there, the staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Our checkout was so smooth and staff was willing to support us every step of the way.

This is a beautiful property! In the heart of San Jose and located close to the San Jose airport. Things to plan for: there is no parking at the property itself however there is a paid parking lot across the street and a parking garage close by. Breakfast is not included however they do have a restaurant in the lobby. I highly recommend staying her and I would stay again.

Here's a polished review you can use: I had a good overall experience at the Westin San Jose. The location is excellent—within walking distance of several restaurants and the convention center, which made getting around very convenient. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. While the rooms are on the smaller side, they were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, it's a great option if you're looking for a convenient stay in downtown San Jose.
