Well placed for Harrogate city centre and multi
Storey at the back which is very useful. Staff friendly, food excellent. Had a dinner and breakfasts for our 4 night stay. They’ve furnished the restaurant with high quality stuff and the food meets that standard well. Not that expensive. The man who manages breaky has plenty of character which we like, got on well with him and he added to the experience. Nice guy. Reception are lovely, bar staff too. Will return to stay here well worth it.

ΥπέροχαΜόνος διαμονή
I did not like the fact that while I did not book with free breakfast, I was still charged for my coffees in the restaurant. You would think someone staying in one of the Penthouse suites would at least get free coffee in the restaurant.

Φανταστικό Lovely room though we had a problem with a leak from the upstairs shower. It was quickly sorted by the hotel manager. The staff seemed really friendly.
The hotels is a short walk to the centre of Harrogate and I would recommend

Very good hotel within 5 minutes walk of the centre of Harrogate. Rooms were a good size and very clean. Staff were friendly and efficient. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel but the main menu looked really good and the bar area was large and inviting. There is also an outdoor bar area at the rear of the hotel which was lovely. Only issue is parking - there is a multi storey car park at the rear of the hotel but the purchasing arrangements are not very well displayed. You need to purchase a ticket on entry and not pay when you leave
