Beautiful property, tasty breakfast and I had the best burger of my life for dinner, beds were comfy but the pillows were not. Beautiful pool. I was on the ground floor and wasps kept getting in but staff immediately came to lend a hand.

The hotel is clean and well maintain. A bit far from the city but shuttle helps with the transport. Staff are friendly and have good costumer service. The shuttle driver is very good and friendly. Breakfast had variety of food. The amenities are good. Pool is clean.

My flight got cancelled and were able to get room , hotel is 10 minutes away from airport. Staff was very helpful to arranged taxi for us. Room was very clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable and clean. Price was also very reasonable. Highly recommended if wants to stay near airport.

I recently stayed here, and overall, it was an amazing experience! The accommodations were fantastic, and the customer service throughout the hotel was stellar. The staff was attentive and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. However, I did notice a significant drawback at the restaurant during breakfast. The atmosphere was quite lacking; it felt a bit off. While one Asian staff member was friendly and made an effort to engage with guests, the rest of the team seemed grumpy and unapproachable. A smile or friendly conversation goes a long way! Despite this, the rest of the hotel was wonderful, and I would recommend it for a lovely stay. Just a bit of warmth in the restaurant would make it perfect!

A smile or friendly conversation goes a long way! Despite this, the rest of the hotel was wonderful, and I would recommend it for a lovely stay. Just a bit of warmth in the restaurant would make it perfect!

Breakfast was excellent .rooms were great. Staff was friendly . Back and forth traspotation service to grand central was good but they need t o extend pick up time 7:30pm is too early.

Sent an email to say we were arriving late, no response. When we arrived there were two receptionists. One was with guests the other was working on the computer and failed to acknowledge us for several minutes. Very poor first impression - no problem letting her finish doing was she was in the middle of but a simple smile and I will be with you in a minute would have gone a long way after a long journey

This is an excellent place to stay. Clean room and excellent staff. Hotel restaurant offers excellent food as well. The property is not within walking distance to town so you need a taxi or other transport.
