This property is beautifully presented and the staff courteous and professional. Wi-Fi works, staff maintain villas and gardens beautifully. Staff not too intrusive. Pick-up from airport perfect and arranged at last minute. The breakfast was for my rate included and quite large. The evening roast duck was excellent. A short complimentary 15 minute massage was ok, didn’t try wider on site spa. (Lots of other providers very locally but didn’t get to try). My main issue was that the complex - which is small - a number of 2 storey and one 3 storey with a penthouse with magnificent local view, beautifully landscaped mature gardens, a central pool surrounded by loungers - is spoiled by being directly adjacent to a central busy single congested road between Denpasar and Ubud so modified scooter exhaust noise to early hours, also some music from a nearby bar restaurant, cockerel through the night (probably meaning they are disturbed too!) and building work on site during the day whilst I was there. Room air con was cold and smelled of that AC odour in 1 of lower down rooms so aLao affected sleep but staff kindly moved my room and did best to resolve the issue. So in appearance a highly photogenic idyllic retreat (as advertised) but for me spoilt and plagued by a cacophony of local noise which following a long haul flight of 17 hours or so in the air and coming from a very busy job which involves a lot of travelling reduced the appeal. It is central if you want walk to shop, museum

We spent 4 nights in a suite room here and everything was perfect. It is a small boutique resort with friendly and helpful staff. Our room was large, with two sinks, a large bath and comfortable beds with luxury linen. Our room was very quiet at night. The pool is small but lovely and we could always get a sun lounge. The restaurant was also lovely and the breakfast had a good range to choose from. Sri Ratih is a peaceful oasis close to the centre of Ubud. I would return.

The room is oké but the aircon in our room is not position well. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Especially thanks to Desak from the front desk.

The resort is a little paradise in Bali— beautiful, peaceful, with attention to every little detail. The rooms were lovely, the people so kind and helpful, and well located for walking to the shops. We will definitely return!

Property was great. Towels are a bit dated, breakfast a bit smash in portions and always kids in the pool but I enjoyed the stay.

I loved my stay here! The staff were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The cottages were huge and surrounded by a very relaxing garden atmosphere. The massage at the spa was fantastic! The food at the restaurant was delicious. I would definitely go back.

The property is away from the hustle and bustle of the market of Ubud, which is good and bad as you it is a 20 minute walk to the market. The suites are good, although cleanliness has much to be desired...the turnover was done but garbage in the room was not cleared!!! Breakfast is not buffet style but rather al-carte...you choose what you eat from a menu.
