Very beautiful property with great amenities and wonderful breakfast. Has breathtaking views, walking distance to shops, restaurants and beaches, and very friendly staff. The only thing is that guest services/concierge was difficult to catch to book tours - I'd suggest booking tours on your own for better selection and availability. I highly recommend this property.

The hotel was well located but not good value for money. It was expensive a d the room was small. The roof terrace was nice but drinks were very expensive and service slow. We had one drink and left 17 euros for drinks I paid less than 10 for in nice wine bars in the local area

Aircon was silent which was good however you could not get lower than 22. Staff and facilities were very good with great space and quiet. Pools were very good as was breakfast. A thinner pillow would have been nice . Overall very nice and would definitely rebook

I had never heard of this brand/group before but decided to stay with them as they had so many properties on Gran Canaria. The hotel was fantastic, like staying in a small town rather than just one building. The staff were some of the best I’ve come across and the breakfast buffet was top notch. I’ll definitely stay with this group again in the future. The area is 10 mins taxi from playa del ingles and there is a bus stop nearby that connects you to the airport.

We were there for two nights,20-22/3, the breakfast was excellent, swimming pools lovely and room was great on the first night. The second night we couldn’t sleep most of the night as it was raining heavily and water was dripping through the balcony window onto the floor making a sound even when I placed three large towels on the floor. In the morning when we were leaving I spoke to Stephanie, customer relations, and told her we couldn’t sleep: she said we could have changed rooms, I replied that it was 2.00 in the night and we were also leaving that morning, also that we would not be returning to the island.She said she would look into the matter, I also showed her a video taken during the night. Later I asked her if the hotel could pay for our taxi into town as compensation,she said it was not possible as they were a different company. Later I received her email saying that the weather had affected many other businesses and that I could get an upgrade if I booked again. She clearly did not listen to me when I said we would not be returning ever again. I feel that this is unacceptable, especially as this was an expensive hotel, the customer service was not up to standard. I have used Hotels .com for many years and never complained, but in this instance I think that some compensation is required

Clean room, friendly staff and perfect location

The rooms were clean and staff was fantastic overall, however, the first day I was there and looking for my room, the set up is so confusing alongside with the map. It is like a big maze, and I asked several staff members if they could help and they would just point but also didn’t seem to know exactly where to go as well. I was lugging around 2 heavy suitcases and felt like I was going in circles for at least an hour. Recommend having someone help with suitcases as they will also be quick to find your room at the same time.
