Very disappointed with this hotel on your site it looked lovely , until we actually arrived at the hotel . We had 2 rooms a double room and a family room . The double room Ground for with a small kitchen & dinning table , backdoor glazed for going on to a small patio , with a footpath going past it ,next to the bed . No nets or no blinds on the window or doors. So if you want to get changed had to close the curtains . Kettle all the plastic on the handle was broken & all wires sticking out . No hairdryer in the room had to ask is there one in room I was told u can have one for 30 euros and the money would be given back when the hairdryer was given back . Family room Ground My brother in law was not happy about his room either . The family room was on two floors . All up the stairs they looked like they were knife holes as if some one had been stabbing the wall . Upstairs no nets or blinds again , broken window that was continually open would not close . As for the breakfast , not brilliant . You could not get an English breakfast there only scramble eggs with bit of bacon cut up in it . They did have salamis , chicken slices , toast , cereals and rolls , fruit juice and coffee . In the evening meals there were very minimum menu . We paid 177 euros (4 adults 1 child ) and 2 adults didn’t eat apart from small amount of salad. No fries , had noodles there but all had gone by the time we went for our meal (7pm) and didn’t make anymore.

On the plus side, rooms were spacious

Staff very helpful, safe storage for our bikes which is a big plus. Room very roomy and clean. Definitely recommend.

Recptionist very helpful,hotel clean ,room clean and well equipped. Would definitely stay again. Cant fault it.

The hotel is conveniently placed being served by a frequent tram service and across the road from a wide, clean beach. The studio rooms are spacious, comfortable and well-equipped.

Rooms were spacious, Clean and warm . Breakfast was very nice, good coffee and orange juice, lot of choice eg. eggs, sliced meats and cheeses . Breads And pastries, cereal, fresh fruit Etc. only disappointment No tea making facilities in the room. Although a Kettle was available if you ask.

Nice location and good activities for the children.

Restaurant was not as expected. Buffet style breakfast, cold fare only apart from boiled eggs. Evening meals at 22.5 euros per head were expensive for the poor fare and choice that was on offer. Staff were surly and generally unhelpful apart from the bar staff

It was situated in a nice quiet area near the beach. Easy tram links right outside the hotel. The hotel was clean and the staff were really friendly. We will definitely return.

This is kind of a hostel rather than a modern hotel as such. But for cost and service compared it was a good hotel. The room and area are clean. The reception team quite helpful. Wifi free but in the room reception wad not great. I arrived after 9pm so the restaurant was closed but the cafeteria made me a great sandwitch. It is a nice place just beside a main road but quite away from the actual road so no noise. I took a room which is family studio so had kitchen facility inside. No tea coffee arrangement in the room. Bed was ok. One room heater inside and in Nov it was still fine. Attached bathroom with shower and very nice clean. All seems to have been refurbished not long. Breakfast was basic but all seemed fresh and tasty. Coffee was great. Nearby small town of Blankenberg just 15 min walk which has good restaurant and shopping area. People are smiling and nice. Overall would love to stay again and will recommend to all.
