The hotel is horrendous. It's a misrepresentation of what is showed on Hotel.com. We stayed at this place for 3 days out of the 7 days. Whilst we activate our credit card for this part of the world. This was the worst stay in my entire life, I got a migraine from the lack of sleep due to mosquitoes coming into the room during the night. Mind you we had our windows and doors closed. Not to mention the AC water dripping on our heads whilst trying to sleep. They hotel reception check us in for a hillside room. This shack is in the forest next to a water swamp. Horrendous! Out of date with a rotting fridge and the room smelling of mold. Then they offered to upgrade us to a less horrible room where the AC dripped all of us, mosquitoes ate at us. For the 'upgrade' we had to pay for this SCAM! We checked out on the fourth day and never even got a refund. Please Hotel.com revise your recommendation of this property. It's truly awful and a SCAM!! Best wishes, Stephanie

A-Nay-Lay is a beautiful little resort located in a calm little bay. The snorkelling there is wonderful so bring your mask and fins. The food is edible, but nothing to write home about and bring your own coffee. There’s a little store close, so you can go and buy the things you need. They rent scooters so you can get around and the staff is lovely!

Good location, nice pier and beach. Breakfast was very good. The bungalow is in poor condition and needs renovation. The wooden walkway is damaged and very old. There's trash everywhere…..

Beautiful private beach, our beach bungalow was steps to the beach. Great spot for snorkeling with a variety of sea life. Food was excellent with very good prices. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Great spot.

Amazing all round, il be back again

Lovely resort. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Our booking was for 2 VIP seafront places. Where we were put was at the back of the beach area. The 2 rooms were next to each other. Looked like a shack instead of like the photos. Old tatty jacuzzi on front porch of our room. Very disappointing, so went to complain. The next morning they did move us further along. These rooms were much better, but still not like we had booked.

Nice beach. Resort needs lots of TLC. Not wheelchair friendly. Great helpful staff. Nice location

I had a wonderful stay at A-Na-Lay Resort Koh Kood. We stayed in a beachfront bungalow right on the shore, and waking up to the sound of the waves every morning was magical. The room was cozy, clean, and perfectly placed for a peaceful holiday. Special thanks to Terk at the reception — always kind, welcoming, and ready to help with anything. And a big compliment to Nam, the waitress, who was incredibly friendly and attentive. She made every meal feel warm and personal. The atmosphere, the staff, and the perfect beachfront location made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommended!

I was greeted by a very friendly staff and stayed in a very clean and modern bungalow located on one of the best beaches on the island , I would recommend it and will definitely be back ! Some the best snorkeling on the island is located at that beach and it’s a great beach for paddle boarding and swimming

A szoba tisztasága megfelelő volt, a fürdőszoba, elhanyagolt koszos. Az ingatlanok nincsenek karban tartva. A személyzet kedves, barátsàgos.
