The office managers were informative and eager to help. One of them was so moved by my inability to find laundry service that she did my laundry herself—free of charge!

Φανταστικό The hotel cancelled our reservation without any notice. Arrived tired only to find out we did not have a room. Ended up staving in another hotel for twice the price. Not sure when I will receive a refund.

Upon arrival from the US into Nice, we had a wonderful welcome... there was no reservation, and we have to walk from hotel to hotel until we found a hotel. The receptionist stated "we do not work with Expedia, we canceled all the contracts with them because they are unprofessional".
I made 4 hotel reservations for our 9-day trip France-Italy over 4 mobths ago, so there is not excuse for a confirmed reservation to just desapear. At this point, I don't know who is worst Hotel Berlioz or Expedia??. Either way
