When we arrived we were told our room was no longer available due to a 'maintenance issue' so had to book somewhere else at the last minute. The lady that we spoke to was nice and did say they had tried to contact us during the day about the situation. However, checking the message we found in Expedia, it was only sent an hour before we arrived late afternoon. Not helpful when you are driving long distance. Might be a one off but, obviously, have to score the hotel low in this instance.

Absolutely amazing staff, went above and beyond.
When my car wouldn’t start they purchased jump leads to get me started, and ensured I got back on the road asap. Shelley bent over backwards and couldn’t be more helpful.
I would highly recommend staying at The Waterford.

Lovely location, friendly staff, exellent breakfast. Downsides were the bed was very hard and didnt know that hotel had been booked for a party so it was very loud and difficult to get to sleep.

Φανταστικό Visited before and same positive experience, staff are friendly and helpful. Room is clean and spacious with hot water from shower and great views over harbour and sea. Food in bar and breakfast was delicious. Overall no complaints!

Staff were very helpful and attentive, the food was great value for money, breakfast, lovely and a nice choice. The room was perfectly adequate for a 2 night stay, had everything we needed, comfy bed and quiet. (Shower rail was bit wobbly!) We would definitely stay here again 😊
