The property is in a great location, walkable to several places, including great food. The staff, especially Rey, were nice and helpful for the most part. The only issue we ran into was with respect to the AC, and maybe this is just coming from an American perspective so take that into consideration. We checked into the hotel around 7:40 pm and immediately upon going into the room turned on the AC, but it wasn’t putting out too much air, but it seemed like it was working so we showered and left for dinner and hoped it would get the room at least cool enough to sleep in comfortably since we were only using the room for the night since we had an early flight back home. Unfortunately, when we returned from dinner the room was still warm, so I went downstairs and let Clau know about this issue and she questioned me twice as to whether the AC was actually on. It was a little offensive, but I explained to her what I had done. I had gone downstairs to ask for a fan and after her rounds of questioning she finally agreed to bring me a fan, but never to have someone check the AC, since she mentioned she was the only worker on property. All to say, that the room never got cool enough even overnight, so our sleep wasn’t the best. Glad it wasn’t the middle of summer, although it did get up to 90. Definitely not a 4 star hotel in my opinion. In addition to this issue, the carpeting in the hallways is disgusting, with large stains everywhere, made me feel like I was at a cheap motel.

Nice hotel. Kind employees. Beds were all twin, way too small. There was no market to buy small things like drinks/snacks. Good location near retiro park. Good breakfast Buffett, just wish they had a small market inside

Delicious breakfast, friendly staff and the rooms are big for a family.

Very nice boutique hotel with a nice breakfast buffet (for an extra cost of €15 each per day). We were there in late May, so the only complaint I had was with a long days there is daylight until 11 PM and the door to the bathroom, which is opaque, allows sunlight to come in from the bathroom window. The hotel was located about a block and a half from where the airport bus can drop you off or pick you up. It’s a bargain at five euros for a one-way trip.

Ok hotel. Pictures I saw when booking were much prettier than it really looks. Bedding was really good and comfortable. Good location.

Fantastic hotel! Beautiful room, great location and amazing staff!

Overall, I was very satisfied with my 4-night stay. The location is unbeatable—right by the Retiro Park, which is perfect if you want to go for a run. The staff were very nice and their English was good. The room itself was clean and well-designed, and the breakfast was excellent. The only downside was a slight musty odor in the bathroom, seemingly due to a lack of an exhaust fan. Still a great choice and highly recommended!

Rooms need to be renovated - they were poorly maintained. Lack sound proofing. Floors creak. I would not go back there.
