部屋の洗面所が非常に狭くてとても不便でした。その上換気設備が無く、とても入れる状態でないと思いました。窓が広く眺めは最高でしたが、虫がいっぱい入っていて駆除するのに大変でした。料理は最高に良かったです。
部屋にお茶のパックが2つのみしかなかったのが残念でした。

가이케 온천 호텔에서 누린 온천 시간은 좋았지만 방안. 이불을 만질때 먼지가 심했습니다. 얼굴에 묻는 먼지때문에 잠을 깨기도 했습니다. 유카타를 취향에 따라 선택할 수 있는 점은 만족했습니다

This is a rather old hotel. It took us a while to locate it, because the name of the hotel was changed. Onsens were very dark, small and uninviting. Buffet dinner and breakfasts were plentiful in volume, but not in quality. It did not offer hardly any fresh sea foods.

I recently stayed at the Yukai Resort. One issue my group ran into was that there is no wheelchair ramp from outside into the lobby, and we required additional assistance to get into the building. However, everything else was great. The staff are friendly, breakfast and dinner buffets were amazing, the Japanese-style rooms were wonderful, and the onsen and public baths were superb. Thank you to the staff for their flexibility and assistance in meeting our unique needs during our stay.
One final note: this area of Japan does not have a lot of English speakers, so if you are an English-only traveler you may have difficulty at this location.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Great buffet and hot springs facilities. Room had a few run down areas but was overall clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay at other hotels in this chain again.

Φανταστικό While this hotel is a bit on the old side, I was extremely satisfied with my stay thanks to amazingly friendly staff, and excellent dinner n breakfast buffet. The only complaint I would have would be the bathroom which could use a renovation, but they offer a great onsen hot spring anyway so I ended up using that instead all the time. Highly recommended!
