⭐ 1–2 Star Review Unfortunately, my stay at this lodge was a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience. The first room I was given smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. When I brought it to the attention of the staff member, I was told to spray perfume. The bathroom was also not properly cleaned—there was hair in the bathroom and urine on the toilet seat. There were people outside making noise for much of the night, which made it difficult to rest. The most concerning issue was the lack of privacy and security. In the morning, I had to place a chair behind the door because otherwise someone could have opened the door while I was naked. At one point, the door was opened, and I had to call out several times before it was closed again. That was extremely frightening and embarrassing. This was not the comfortable or secure stay I expected. I understand that problems can happen, but the response to the issues I reported was not reassuring. I am leaving this review because Expedia continues to request feedback, and I believe guests should know about my experience before booking.

I liked the easy access to the property. For the price, I appreciated the microwave and mini fridge. The carpet didn't look or feel clean. The beds were poorly made. The broken and loose floor tiles in the bathroom were annoying.

This motel is absolutely disgusting and the man at the front desk STINKS. 0/10, will never come back here

Staff were friendly. Sheets and towels had come wear and tear. Great location for walking distance to shops and restaurants.

amenities are good but not properly cleaned, I checked out at 8:30 but no receptionist at that time. So i had to put the key card in their mail bin

The rooms were not clean and all the bedsheets had stains on them and it looked like it was there for a long time and they didn’t even clean it when I asked

Cigarette smell when you enter the room Rusty towel rack Dirty carpet Ripped bedsheet Broken foot chair Broken drawer handle but overall it’s ok.

If you want a place to sleep only, then this place is that place, you get a nice bed, shower, tv, coffee, but, we had noisy neighbours on a Friday night, but still recommend for a place to sleep.

Gross rooms, no housekeeping, Jaspreet at the front desk was impolite and unhelpful

Was a skid row motel in a seedy part of town I cancelled my second night stay
