Καλό Room was old and needs updated. We had issues with the air conditioner leaking and when called twice for assistance no one returned our calls.

Κάτω του μέσου όρου Property wasn’t really clean, shower screen glass and mirror you could not see out of, as it had bad smear marks from whatever cleaner they used on it.
The kitchen counters were sticky.
Toilet seat lid was broken as well.
Bed was so uncomfortable, would not recommend staying here.
Please take note Ipanema, it is time to upgrade your front of house staff, cleaners and furnishings.

Καλό The property is not on the beach, as stated on the booking site. Unfortunately the apartment needs quite a bit of renovating/repair. Chipped paint on skirtting boards, doors with patches that haven't been painted to match the door colouring, broken blinds. Outside furniture broken and worn. Bedroom sliding doors broken and not sliding. Minimal kitchen ware ie, 1 wine glass, 4 mixed cheap older mugs, 2 dinner plates only and 3 bowls.. Bathroom towel rail had a broken attachment to the wall so hanging at an angle and unfortunately there was a bad smell on entering and very dirty shelves and hanging racks in the wardrobe. I washed a folded blanket in the bedroom before using it as it had stains on it.... The bed mattress definitely needs replacing. Laundry tap had a slow, continual drip... I mentioned the dirt and smell to check in staff and they were very obliging and had the cleaner come and do a proper dust and wipe over. The staff were great. The room was a special, last minute booking but it wasn't what was advertised unfortunately.

Easy check in good location, parking good , tidy with nice views. Trams not too far away and 15 min walk into surfers.

The views from level 10 were amazing of mountains, street and ocean. It was a very spacious unit and had everything we needed.

I stayed in a small studio on the 12th floor...amazing views! Very clean etc.The sad part was the wifi...it hardly worked and was very frustrating! Also the kitchen needs another drawer or small cupboard. Its a nice place,but needs a bit more attention.

Has great views, it’s a tad loud in the apartment due to the city life below. A few of the appliances such as the kitchen faucet was loose/wobbly, the shower head and bath tap would leak unless set perfectly to the middle. The shower also hasn’t the biggest shower screen so the water would spray everywhere due to high pressure. However the bathtub was the perfect depth and made for a relaxing bath. We loved the beds but would have preferred if the pillows weren’t as flat.., having heating/cooling access in the room was ideal due to it being winter and would be ideal for summer as well. The apartment is in an awesome location - short walks to cafes, service stations and the tram line. The sunrise and sunsets were beautiful to watch coming over the river/sea on the balcony on the comfortable outside seating. Kitchen utensils were great and in abundance, laundry was amazing and we loved having our own private parking. The staff of Ipanema were very swift, kind & helpful upon check in and it was a simple key drop off upon check out. We would stay here again ☀️

Location is very good with easy access to trams and walking distance to the beach. The room was pretty clean aside from the floor. The floor was very dusty to the point I vaccumed the room myself with the vaccum provided. I found the pool and spa to be very clean as someone who works in aquatics - no scums lines or dirt build up at the bottom. The check in we found was a bit difficult as the staffed hours of the reception arent very long and the after hours check in wasnt the most straight forward. The road next to the accomodation at times could be pretty loud, but as expected for a busy road. For price point happy with the quality of the accomodation.

The location was fabulous, close to the beach, close to the tram line, easy access to the centre of Surfers Paradise and restaurants.
The downside was the parking issue, for example cars in incorrect spaces. Information from reception was very poor regarding iregarding the complex eg amenities and linen as the reception was unattended for our entire 7 day stay. However we would recommend the Ipanema and also stay again.
