We paid about $60AUD or around 6000yen and we got service and quality beyond what we paid for.
The room is small which is clearly advertised, so it's not an issue,however the room and amenities were very clean.
Staff are polite.
Amenities such as washer and dryer were all in order.

Room was clean and tidy. The room was small but had everything one would need. Perfect place to have when spending all day outside.

Great location close to Susukino station with a lot of shops and restaurants in the area. It's good if you like the nightlife, but not as great if you don't. The room and hotel facilities were very clean. It's a no frills type of place, which I expected since I got the room for a very low price. The breakfast was basic (a few types of bread), but the coffee machine was nice and had different beverage options.

I will recommend this property to my friends & family cause the convenient locations, but feel very disappointing with the morning reception staff. I have check out on 22 mar 2019 4am , and i call a cab to the nearest bus station to Chitose Airport, But unfortunately we cannot communicate with the taxi driver, even we show the locations. So i walk back inside the hotel and ask the guy receptionist for help me translate to the taxi driver pls drive us to toyoko inn susukino. After he look at me going to another hotel. He was directly show the unhappy face and use his body language and say dont know. But i m sure the receptionist understand what i mention. He just do not want to assist us to the bus stop which near to toyoko inn susukino.
But lastly thanks for the taxi driver drive us to the bus stop and without charge us any price.

Φανταστικό Swanky was in a convenient location close to all the food. Had to walk about 8 minutes to the nearest subway station. Highly Recommended!
