We stayed 4 nights. Decided on this hotel due to best pricing and shuttle included. This is an older hotel that has popcorn ceiling. A few things to note: 1. Convenient shuttle that runs every 30 mins or so and runs late at night. Last pickup is at 1:15am fr Disney. 2. Older hotel that is somewhat outdated. 3. Clean. No bugs or pests found in our room. 4. Night showers. It took a while for the cold water to heat up! Id say about 6-7 minutes. I almost called the front desk but then it finally warmed up. 5. Morning showers. The hot water was running out rather fast maybe due to all of the guests taking morning showers and using thr hot water. Not sure. Wash up quick! 6. The pull out bed from sofa is not comfy at all. The blankets they give you are think as I don’t know what. Mattress is thin. 7. Was quiet and not noisy at all. 8. Fireworks every night around 930-1000pm. 9. Lovely gardens and places to eat nearby and on site. 10. Gym on site 11. Pool on site 12. Lines can be long in morning for shuttle. One day we had to wait after 2 shuttles has already come and picked up people. We ended up catching a LYFT to Disney and got there in 2 minutes. 13. Was hard to find our room initially! The place is BIG. Staff had us walk to the center elevator instead of guiding us to the elevator closest to our room which we ended up finding on our own. 14. Lots of steps throughout halls. If you have luggage be prepared to carry it up and down steps!

Love this place

Clean room, great staff. Overall a great place to stay

The staff was amazing and nice. Very honest people they have there I left my wedding ring in hotel and they had it shipped back to me. Parking was great didn’t have to drive anywhere since they have shuttle back and forth to disney that was our favorite part. The room was a little out dated but we really didn’t mind it. We already have our next stay booked!

Nice and clean , beds aren’t too comfortable

URINE SMELL

It was worn down old furniture curtains faded Not like it was

Good

This place made my trip. Thank you

Great place to stay for going to Disney, however, the ultra kid friendly atmosphere might be a bit much for non kid travelers trying to get some sleep after Disney. They don’t enforce quiet hours and there are hidden fees in everything you do there. Overall all is good but don’t expect more than that for the price.
