First if all, I would like to say that the staff deserves a 5 * rating for doing their best in assisting me with accomodation problems I encountered during our stay. Problems I encountered: 1. Our first room(507) has air-conditioning problems that the staff helped me transfer to room 219. 2. Moving to room 219, after a while, the room reeked of foul odors that I again requested another room if which they assisted me again. 3. Off we go to room 142 which doesn't smell as bad than 219 and the air-conditioning was working a lot better than 507. We checked the room and found the bed really old and stained, the comforter stained and dirty along the parts tucked in the mattress, the bathroom faucet was leaking lightly, the front door has no security bolt/latch, there was a worm wriggling on bathroom floor beside the toilet bowl. It was already around 10pm , so we just accepted the room as we were already so tired that we just wanna rest. -Will not be going back to that place again-

This place is incredibly gorgeous on the outside! The pool is amazing, the bar and snack shops are great. We enjoyed the fire dancing show with BBQ, and renting a jet ski. Seriously fun time. The breakfast buffet was also pretty good. The inside of the rooms are were really rundown though, and the lots of black mold spots in the bathroom. That was extremely disappointing. Additionally, the check-in and checkout out procedures are really inefficient. Everything is still done with paper and pen, which is especially bad for the checkout procedure because they go and inspect and clean each individual room as you checkout, so you have to wait before you're allowed to leave. Also, you can't bring any outside food or drinks in. We went to an outside restaurant, and weren't allowed to bring our leftovers to our room. Kind of annoying policy. I would consider staying again because the outside portion of the resort is amazing, but the quality of the rooms is really lacking.

The staff 5 star, service 5 star, beach and sunset 5 star, a la cart restaurant 4 star. Room, buffet, lack of auto payments or many food vendors were cash only and not able to charge to the room - 3 star. Had to have too much cash than i prefer to carry. Room was large but extremely outdated, even the lock chain was completely rusted. Staff were amazing!

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Our room had a problem with the shower door we did not report it we just used the shower in the bathtub. The JetSki is fast the island hopping was great.

Clean, spacious room with balcony. Cold air conditioning. Clean towels. Toiletries are provided. Shower head could use an upgrade though. Checking in and checking out was terrible though. Long queues, but mostly due to issues encountered by some clients with their bookings. Mine went through hassle-free but I had to queue for several minutes.

The grill resto should have regular entertainment like live band or fire dancing, etc., given that the food is paid for by the guests. For grilled foods, having atsara should be considered. The foods are quite pricey. Beach is dirty. The management should ensure cleanliness of the beach and its surroundings at all times. Consider having soup, not just congee, for buffet breakfast. There should be a wide variety of foods for buffet breakfast for the foreign guests. Other than those, our stay was enjoyable.

Shower was not clean; shower drain didn’t work so I was standing in 3 inches of water; my room wasn’t cleaned. Breakfast was served in a huge hall and was chaotic, coffee was horrendous
